Gluten Free Italian Restaurant Maldon Essex, Intimo.

Gluten Free at the Italian Restaurant in Maldon Essex, the Intimo, a contemporary Italian restaurant at 116 High Street, 01621843197. They had lots of pizzas and pastas and nothing specifically gluten-free on the menu. Even the salmon salad had a sauce which might have contained gluten.

They did however had the most important ingredients, specifically friendliness and helpfulness. (They also had Extra Virgin olive oil, Balsamic Vinegar, fresh-ground black pepper and Maldon Salt.)

For dinner I had salmon, salad, sauté new potatoes, and the seasonings and it tasted beautiful. Furthermore the Shiraz Siciliana was excellent. Our guests were pleased with their meals so I’m delighted to report an superb evening for everyone
