Jason Barron's buffet for the FSB included gluten free choice. Jason runs Cuisine Catering, the outside caterers, of Worthing, Sussex.

So when you need an outside caterer, I'm delighted to recommend Jason. His Gluten Free choices at the buffet he laid on the the regional meeting of the FSB, The Federation of Small Businesses were excellent.

His menu included Thai kebabs, scampi with mayonnaise, chopped eggs in a tomato boat, slivers of red pepper with cream cheese, fresh fruit on cocktail sticks and fresh fruit ,cream and meringues.

Mind you I was jealous of the people eating his granary rolls and the ...... ... and the ...

I'm looking forward to the Barn Dance and Hog Roast at Coombes Farm, Lancing on 9th May, where he is also doing the catering. I've been promised the Hog Roast with new potatoes and salad.
