Holidays of a lifetimeOver a glass of wine (it may well have been more than one glass) the other evening with some friends, we started putting together a list of holidays or events or sights that we want to enjoy at some point.
They are not cheap so we'll do one very other year. The idea is that we will roll a dice to see which comes up first. The target for the first trip is 2010 as next year we are already starting to plan to go to Perth in Western Australia.

- New England in the Fall
- A Grape Festival
- Zorba's Dance in Greece
- Get a Panama Hat from Panama
- Jazz Festival in New Orleans
For 2009 it'd be nice to do a ten day trip round some Paradors, we report what actually happens.
