10th August Squashes, WOW, last year I grew some Early Golden Hubbard squashes (as well as Butternut squashes) and we've just eaten the last one. (As you can tell they keep well!) We saved the biggest until last. It probably weighed in at four or five lbs.

Keeping your brain active, seems to be key. Keeping fit, learning new information, maintaining a healthy diet (eg GI Diet) interacting with other people, striving to achieve new goals, keeping busy all seem to contribute.
