The beauty of a gluten free diet. The really good news is that we can throw away all the foods which are bad for us chips, cakes, biscuits, bread, burger buns, hot dogs, (half of our) chocolates, sandwiches, beer, lager etc. We never have to eat them again. Cyprus is a lovely island. We've just had blue skies every day from 1st October onwards. More than that the traditional Cypriot food includes gluten-free. Kleftiko (beef), Offelia, (pork), Dolmades: Grape-leaves stuffed with rice, onions and sometimes ground beef.   more »
