4th December 2007 I attended a presentation by Robert Craven of the Director's Centre entitled "Even more profit". Excellent.
I arrived early so had breakfast, consisting of fresh fruit salad and yoghurt with bacon, eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes to follow. Later at lunchtime I asked what was available and the sous chef and then the Head Chef came out to point to me from a buffet range which were gluen free. I chose pork with a cream and white wine sauce with possibly a touch of tarragon with some tomatoe salad. Excellent.
All in all a very successful day.
