Dear Tony

 

Thank you very much for the Marketing and Direction Workshop you took us through last year.

 

Whilst at times during the day there was high tension in the air, you helped us co-ordinate our ideas so that we are both now working in harness together pushing the business forward together in the agreed direction. Looking back it may have been that breaking that emotional tension was a key part of the day.

 

It was a brilliant session as you helped us to visualise, and then to quantify with timescales, where we wanted the business to get to and therefore how best to organise ourselves. You also challenged our thinking on many issues and added new ideas and concepts that we had to give formal consideration to.

 

This has meant that our brains have become attuned to pick up hints, ideas, products and services that are now melded into our strategy, with the result that we have progressed much faster than we thought possible.

 

In particular we:

 

-         have now been appointed UK Support Centre for eLink

-         are now able to appoint resellers for our VoIP Advantage service

-         have placed an order for our own dedicated server into a Data Centre in Paris, which means that

o        we can offer a higher level of service

o        we can handle more of our own support issues

o        we can instal eLink Taskcentre on that server for faster access and a more secure service

o        we can instal Sage Accounts ASP to integrate with our eLink Advantage solutions

-         are now in a much better position to recruit resellers for eLink CRM

-         we can recruit Sage accounts partners as possible resellers for eLink CRM and also for VoIP Advantage telephone systems

 

The envisaged growth is now sufficient that we have our minds ready to bring in an Operations Executive to support Peter on his workload. We are also in a better position to conceptualise how we will be working with international partners and resellers.

 

In brief, you enabled us to focus, to work together better, to streamline our services and support and this means that you have put us on a better footing for the future with all the opportunities and risks that that will bring.
